Just add it as a non-Steam game. Go to 'Add a Non-Steam Game' in your Steam library and find the Roblox executable.
You can't actually integrate Roblox with Steam features like achievements or the overlay. You just add it as a shortcut.
I did this last week! Just open your Steam client, click 'Games,' then 'Add a Non-Steam Game.' Navigate to your Roblox install folder, and select the RobloxPlayerLauncher.exe file. Done and done!
