You need to transfer robux to your group funds either by selling items in your group's store or having group members donate.
Head to your group's page, click the three dots at the top right, select 'Configure Group,' then go to the 'Revenue' tab. From there, distribute robux to the group funds!
I've managed a few groups myself. You just configure the group's revenue settings and either sell items through the group or get donations from members.
