You just click on the 'More' button in your group, then 'Edit Group Settings.' Scroll to find 'Group Rules,' and add your rules there. Simple!

Head to your group, click on 'Moderate Group,' then 'Create Rules.' Write 'em up and hit 'Save.' Boom, you've got rules!
If you're an admin, you can create rules by navigating to 'Manage Group,' selecting 'Moderate Group,' and then clicking 'Create Rules.' I've done this for my cooking group, and it works like a charm!
