Super simple! Just drop the save file in the directory `C:\Users\[YourName]\Documents\MyGames\Binding of Isaac Afterbirth` on PC. You're all set!
To add saves, find the save file destination (usually in 'Documents/My Games/Binding of Isaac Afterbirth+') and paste your save there. Worked for me!
All you need to do is put the save file in the right folder. Go to Documents/My Games/Binding of Isaac Afterbirth, paste it there, and you've added your save!
