To add a new ship to your fleet in Starfield, all you gotta do is dock at a space station and head over to the Ship Services Technician! There, you can purchase additional ships or swap them out and add them directly to your fleet. It's kinda like shopping, but with spaceships!
You can't actually build a 'fleet' in Starfield; it's more about swapping ships when needed. But hey, you can still have a collection of cool ships!
