Use the Snow Particle package available in the Roblox library! It's a plug-and-play option to make it snow in your game. Just search for 'Snow Particle' in the library, insert it, and tweak the settings if you want.
Forget all those steps. Just grab a free snow model from the toolbox. Done and done.
I added snow in my game by scripting a ParticleEmitter. It gives you more control over how the snow behaves. You can find free snowflake textures online to use with it as well. Takes a bit more work, but the results are worth it!
