Adding someone to Family Sharing on Steam is pretty straightforward. First, make sure you're logged into the Steam account you want to share from. Then head over to Steam > Settings > Family, where you'll see 'Family Library Sharing'. Here you can authorize the computer you're currently using and manage other computers and users.
