From personal experience, you'll need to navigate to 'Settings' > 'General' > 'Personalization' > 'My Home Xbox' and set it up there. It allows others on your Xbox to access your Game Pass subscription.
Just log in with your main account, go to 'Settings,' select 'Account,' then 'Subscriptions,' and finally 'Manage Membership.' From there, add the person you want. Happy gaming!
