First-hand tip: I love using the Music sticker in Stories. Just make sure your Instagram app is updated to the latest version.
If you're adding music to a Reel, hit the audio option at the top and pick a track from Instagram's library. Rock on!
Adding music to Instagram posts isn't possible, but you can always add music to Stories and Reels. Just use the Music sticker or audio option!
