I did this last week! Just put the songs in a playlist on your computer's Spotify app, and make sure your phone is connected to the same Wi-Fi. It'll sync super fast!
First, add your local files on your computer's Spotify app, then create a playlist with those songs. Make sure both your computer and iPhone are on the same Wi-Fi network. Finally, download that playlist on your iPhone by toggling the 'Download' button in the app. Easy peasy!
