Forget adding an internal SSD. Just grab an external one, plug it into a USB port, and format it for Xbox gaming. Done and dusted!
If you'd rather not spend the extra cash on the official expansion card, you can always connect an external SSD via USB. Just make sure it's at least USB 3.1 for the best performance.
I added an SSD to my Series S by getting the Seagate one. It was a piece of cake—literally just plug and play. Boosted my storage and my games load faster too!
