Just use the Chrome browser's developer tools, switch to mobile view, and bam! You can add stories like you're on your phone.
You can upload stories on Instagram from your PC using Instagram's web version and a little browser trick. Open Instagram in Chrome, then press Ctrl+Shift+I (Cmd+Opt+I on Mac) to open the Developer Tools. Toggle the device toolbar (the little phone icon or press Ctrl+Shift+M), and then refresh the page. You'll see the '+' button to add to your story!
Using an emulator like Bluestacks is a pretty smooth way to add stories from your PC. Works like a charm for me!
Honestly, just stick to your phone. PC makes it way too complicated.
