Simply use a BillboardGui and a TextLabel! Insert BillboardGui into your object and then nest a TextLabel inside it. Customize away!

Open Roblox Studio, insert a BillboardGui into the object you want to add text to, then add a TextLabel inside the BillboardGui. Customize the TextLabel properties to set your desired text!

I've done this a lot! Just pop a BillboardGui into the part, then slap a TextLabel inside the BillboardGui. Easy peasy.
