You can also use a BillboardGui if you want the text to always face the player. Just add it to the part and then add a TextLabel inside the BillboardGui!

Easy peasy! Go to the Explorer panel, find the sign part, and add a SurfaceGui. Inside that, create a TextLabel and customize the text from the Properties panel.
