Open the Instagram app, tap your profile picture at the top left, snap a photo or upload one from your gallery, and hit 'Your Story' at the bottom to share!
Make sure you’re on the home screen, tap ‘Your Story’ at the top, select or take a photo/video, and press 'Your Story' to post.
