You gotta go into your router settings, find port forwarding, and add ports 3960 and 3962 (both UDP). Make sure your device's IP is correct.

From experience, opening ports 3960 and 3962 (both UDP) always fixed any Warframe connectivity issues I had. Double-check your device's IP too!
