No dice! Cross-platform matchmaking exists, but adding friends across Xbox and PS4 is not supported.

I've tried this myself and, sadly, you can't add Xbox friends on PS4 PUBG due to platform restrictions.

Unfortunately, you can't add Xbox friends directly on the PS4 version of PUBG. PUBG doesn't support cross-platform friend lists between consoles.
