Turn on colorblind mode in the settings under 'Graphics.' There are three options: Deuteranopia, Protanopia, and Tritanopia. Try them out to see which one works best for you!

I use Deuteranopia mode and it really makes enemies and items stand out better for me. Check all three modes and see what suits you best!

Colorblind setting helps but also crank up the brightness and contrast. Makes enemies pop out more in any mode.
