Just grab your controller, go to 'Settings' on the home screen, then find 'Sound Settings' and tweak the volume to your heart's content!

Under 'Settings' > 'Sound Settings' > 'Audio Output Settings' you'll find options to optimize sound output. Volume, tho, is usually changed on your TV.
