First, you need to craft the Blood Plague cure at your Infirmary. You'll need 5 Plague Samples and 2 Meds for that. After crafting, approach the infected survivor and interact with them to apply the cure. Congrats, you've just played zombie doctor!

I'm a veteran in this game and you need an Infirmary at your base. Gather Plague Samples from Plague Zombies, craft the cure, and then use it on your sick buddy. Saved my community more times than I can count!
