To adopt a baby in Sims FreePlay, first, you need to be at least level 8 and have two Sims married. Then, build the Children's Store, and once that's done, you can purchase a crib. After placing the crib in your house, tap on it, and choose the option to adopt a baby!

You can't actually 'adopt' a child in Sims FreePlay. You have to have a married couple, buy a crib, and select the 'add a baby' option. It's not true adoption!

Make sure your house isn't full and you've got Simoleons to spare. Just pop a crib into a bedroom and pick the 'adopt' option. Voil脿, instant family expansion!
