How to AFK and Avoid the Penalty in Warframe?
Good news, Tenno! If you want to AFK without a penalty, your best bet is to make sure you're active every couple of minutes. Just move around or use an ability—doesn’t have to be much! That way, the system won’t mark you as AFK.

Just bring your frame to an idle point in a mission and occasionally tap a key or move your mouse. Works like a charm!
From experience, I can tell you: setting up an auto-clicker to hit a key every minute or so does the trick. But hey, don't overdo it!
