Unfortunately, BitLife doesn't support aging half a year. You have to age one year at a time.

You can't age half a year in BitLife. The game only lets you age up one full year at a time.

Speaking from experience, BitLife only allows you to age in whole years, so aging half a year isn't an option. Enjoy every full year you get!
