Aim? Just spray and pray, works every time... or, well, sometimes at least.
Just click on their heads, lol. But for real, use the firing range to practice. Helps a ton.
One word: crosshair placement. Keep it at head level and anticipate where enemies will appear. This has seriously improved my game.
