To aim the secondary gun on the M3 Lee, you gotta switch to the gunner view for the secondary weapon. Use the 'C' key to look around while in third person, and manually aim using your mouse.

Hit 'O' to select the secondary weapon and use your mouse to aim it. Getting used to multitasking with this tank is key!
