I always keep an eye on the target's movement, lead the shot by aiming ahead of where the ship is going, and fire a spread to increase my chances of hitting.
Use the binocular view for better accuracy. Aim ahead of the moving ship and try firing multiple torpedoes to cover a wider area.
Honestly, just fire in the general direction of the enemy and hope for the best. Torpedoes can be tricky!
