To throw an alley-oop in NBA 2K23, just double tap the 'Y' button (Triangle on PlayStation) while pointing the left stick towards your intended recipient.

Yo, just double tap 'Y' (Triangle for PS) and aim with the left stick. Your guy will do the rest, easy peasy.

Hold down the RT (R2 for PS) and double tap 'Y' (Triangle on PS). Then just watch your player pull off that sweet alley-oop!

To be honest, I never bother with alley-oops. Just stick to shooting threes and you'll be golden.

I always use the RT + double tap Y combo (R2 + double tap Triangle for PS) to throw alley-oops. Works every time for me!

If you're a NBA 2K player looking for extra VCs or other power-ups, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

Two of those prizes are the official App Store and Play Store gift cards, which you can win and use to get anything you want in  NBA 2K essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
