There's no built-in way to 'allocate' more RAM to Terraria servers like you might do with Minecraft. Your best bet is ensuring your hosting machine isn't running unnecessary background processes. Also, consider upgrading your hardware if you're consistently running into performance issues; Terraria isn't super demanding, but more RAM always helps.
