Just open the Facebook app, try to upload a photo, and it will prompt you to allow access. Done and done!
On iOS, just head to Settings > Privacy > Photos > Facebook and select 'Read and Write.' On Android, go to Settings > Apps > Facebook > Permissions and enable 'Storage.' Happy uploading!
