Just go to your device settings, find Instagram, and toggle on the Photos option. Easy peasy!
iOS user here: Go to Settings, scroll down to Instagram, and select Photos, then choose 'All Photos' or 'Selected Photos'! Easy fix.
Super quick: Go into your phone's settings, locate Instagram, and enable photo access. Done and done.
Just so ya know, if you're having trouble uploading pics, it's likely a photo access thing. Check your settings!
