Been there, done that! I just made sure to complete their quests and trade with them regularly. Easy peasy!
To ally with enclaves in State of Decay 2, you've got to do a few tasks for them first! Help them out with their requests, trade with them, and make sure to keep a good relationship by responding promptly. Once you've maxed out your friendship level, you'll gain access to their special enclave benefits!
Just do the missions they ask you to do and trade a lot. Friendship always gets you somewhere!
