It's easy! Just press the middle mouse button (or whatever key you have it bound to) while aiming at your target. Boom, alt fire activated!

Some weapons don't have an alt-fire mode at all. Double-check if your weapon of choice supports it!

Alt-fire is usually the middle mouse button. If you're on PC, check your key bindings in the settings if it's not working.
