You can't animate Roblox characters directly in Blender. Best to stick with Roblox Studio for animations.
I've done it! You need to export your Roblox character as an FBX file from Roblox Studio, then import that file into Blender. Once in Blender, use the usual rigging and animation tools. Took me a couple of tries, but it worked!
