You can't directly appear offline, but you can turn off notifications for when you're online in the settings. Just go stealth mode!

No way to do it officially, but you can log out and play as a guest if you don’t want friends to see you online.

Roblox doesn't have an official 'Appear Offline' feature yet. But you can try adjusting your privacy settings to limit who sees you're online!
