First, get your hands on a Focus Lens from a sortie or syndicate. Then, go to your Arsenal, select the Warframe (or weapon) you want to apply it to, and click on 'Actions'. From there, choose the 'Install Lens' option, and pick your lens. Boom, Focus farming here you come!
