Just go into your Apparel menu and you should find a section for Patches. Select the NYC patch and you're good to go!

Go to your Inventory, head over to the Apparel tab, and find the Patches section. The NYC patch should be there to equip!

In the Inventory menu, navigate to Appearance, then to Patches, and finally slap that NYC patch on your gear.
