In BitLife, you can arrange a marriage by clicking on the 'Love' button under the Activities tab, and then choosing 'Arrange Marriage.' You can also get married through dating and proposing to your partner!

Just go to the 'Love' section of the game and select 'Arrange Marriage.' Make sure you have Bitizenship, or it won't let you do it.
