Head over to the Relationships tab, tap on your character’s parents, and look for the option to ask them to arrange a marriage. Cross your fingers they pick someone good!
Just use the Relationships section to ask your parents for an arranged marriage - easy peasy, if they're up for it.
As someone who's arranged BitLife marriages multiple times, I can tell you - just go to Relationships, tap your parents, and select 'Arrange Marriage.' If they like you enough, they'll do it.
