Arresting the Warlock? Just sneak up on him and use a paralyzing weapon. It's super effective and less risky.
Seriously, just stealth your way around and knock him out before he even knows what hit him. Works every time!
From my experience, bring a high-damage weapon and plenty of health packs. The Warlock is tough, but you can do it!
