Unfortunately, you can't directly ask a Sim to move out in The Sims FreePlay. But you can make them unoccupied in their current house by transferring them to another house or using the Sim Tracker to remove them.

You can't ask a Sim to move out in The Sims FreePlay. If you need space, try removing them via the Sim Tracker.

I've tried everything in the game and found out that you can't directly ask a Sim to move out, but you can use the Sim Tracker to evict them. It's not ideal, but it works!
