Just yell "HEAL ME!" into the mic. Works every time... or gets you muted. But honestly, using the ping system ('Z' key) is your best bet. Keeps the communication clear and the team happy!
Easy peasy! Press the 'Z' key to ping your location and request healing from your teammates. Make sure you're within sight of your team's healer though! They can't heal you if they can't see you. Plus, a polite 'Need healing, please!' in the voice chat always helps – manners make the gamer, after all.
