Easy peasy! Go to 'Controls,' then 'Aircraft,' and find the pitch and yaw axis. Assign them to your preferred keys or joystick movements!

You just gotta navigate to 'Options,' select 'Controls,' switch to 'Aircraft,' and set your pitch and yaw to whatever you like. You're welcome!

Honestly, just use the default settings. They work pretty well for most players.

Head to Settings > Controls > Aircraft. From there, you can customize the pitch and yaw axis. Takes some getting used to, but totally worth it.
