If you're struggling to assign workers in Palworld, just remember: Capture, Select, Assign. Catch those Pals, choose where you need them most, and put them to work. It's like setting up your personal Pal workforce!

Assigning workers in Palworld is pretty straightforward - all you gotta do is capture Pals, then head to your base or settlement. There, look for the building or area you want to assign them to, like farms or crafting stations. Open the management menu, and you should see an option to assign your Pals as workers to that specific building. Just select the Pal you want for the job, and you're set! They'll start working on tasks related to that building, like gathering resources or crafting items.

Honestly, just let the Pals roam free. Why bother assigning them to work? The game's more fun when you're exploring together, not turning it into a management sim.

If you're a Palworld player, you need to download the Playbite app!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:
