Your dragon can attack by using its special abilities. Just make sure you're mounted on it, then click the left mouse button or tap the screen if you're on mobile.
It's all about clicking or tapping! Just use the left mouse button or tap the screen where the attack icon is.
From my experience, hold down the left mouse button to charge some attacks for extra damage. Timing is everything!
