Getting a Merchant to show up in Terraria is pretty straightforward but super important for your progress. All you gotta do is gather 50 silver coins and make sure you have an available house for him to move into. The house needs to be fully enclosed, have a table, a chair, lighting (like a torch), and background walls. Get those coins by looting chests or defeating enemies. Once you've got the coins and the house ready, he'll move in soon enough!

I remember the first time I tried to get the Merchant to move in; I thought I just needed the coins. Don鈥檛 forget the house part! Make sure it鈥檚 suitable, or he won鈥檛 show. Speaking from frustrating experience here. Coins + Proper House = Merchant.

Just hoard 50 silver coins, lol. Make a house, and he'll pop over.

If you're a Terraria player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
