From your Facebook page, go to the settings, then cross-posting. Add your Instagram account, and it should be all synced up!
You need to make sure your Instagram account is linked to your Facebook Page. Then, when you write a post on Facebook, you can also select to share it on Instagram. It's that simple!
Tbh, I just cross-post manually; fewer surprises that way.
Took me a while to figure this out, but now I'm saving so much time: Link your accounts from Instagram settings and select auto-share to Facebook!
