You just got to grind for fragments, then head to the Awakening Altar and BOOM, your phoenix is woke.
First, get a Bird Phoenix (mythical Zoan type) fruit. Then, collect fragments and head to the Awakening Altar to awaken its abilities!
Awakening Bird Phoenix requires the fruit and fragments. Use the Awakening Altar to upgrade! Simple but grindy.
Awakening Bird Phoenix involves two things: obtaining the fruit and collecting fragments. Find the Awakening Altar at Hot and Cold to finish the job. I've done it myself - lots of grinding, but totally worth it!
