To backtrack to the glowing part of Waterfall in Undertale's Genocide route, just retrace your steps from your current location. If you’ve passed Undyne, you might have to restart the route, though!

From personal experience, go back to the area with the glowing mushrooms that you turned on to light up the path. That's where the glowing part is.

The glowing part is near the Quiet Area. Just head left from the Save Point near the Echo Flower and you'll find it.

Pro tip: Look for the glowing Echo Flowers. If you’ve missed them, you probably need to backtrack further.

Honestly, just follow the path back through Waterfall. You'll know you're close when you see the glowing grass again.
