Batting in MLB The Show 21 is all about timing and precision. Hold down the X button for a normal swing, Square for a power swing, or Circle for a contact swing. Remember, you can also use the left analog stick to aim your swing. Practice makes perfect!

Honestly, it's all about practice and getting used to the timing. Try different swings and see what works best for you.

Use the X button for normal swings and Square for power swings. Pay attention to the pitcher's movements and practice a lot!

Personally, I found success by picking one type of swing and mastering the timing. For most pitches, a normal swing (X) works well. Just be patient and anticipate the pitch.
