Use the PCI (Plate Coverage Indicator) to aim where you want to hit the ball. Focus on pitches in the strike zone and avoid chasing balls. This helped me improve a lot!

It's all about timing and patience! Wait for your pitch, time your swing perfectly, and aim to hit the sweet spot. Practice in batting practice mode first to get a feel for it.

Remember to adjust your swing type depending on the situation. A contact swing can be more effective when just trying to get on base. Power swings are best for when you're looking to clear the fences. Happy hitting!

If you're a MLB The Show Companion App player looking for extra credit or other power-ups, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

Two of those prizes are the official App Store and Play Store gift cards, which you can win and use to get anything you want in MLB The Show Companion App essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
